Qualifications

Experience

• Data Entry, 1 year (preferred)

Education

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

• United States (required)

Job Description

As an order entry specialist, you will be a part of both our invoicing team which assures accurate delivery to our customers, as well as part of our remittance team which logs and verifies customer payment transactions
We are looking for a responsible candidate who is thorough, honest, reliable, and who can interact in a professional manner with drivers and other employees

Responsibilities

• Heavy data entry
• Quality check all documents including your own work
• Scan and save documents
• Sort and deliver mail
• Run reports
• Organize and maintain office files
• Assist with various other office functions such as answering calls, shredding, monitoring route activity, entering data into spreadsheets, and performing other duties as assigned
